About

My name is Sharon Davies and I am the co-owner and Director of Operations at SENDTAC Ltd.

SENDTAC Ltd are a SEND training and consultancy company offering training and consultancy services to all tiers of education as well as the Social Care sector.

​

I graduated from Warwick University with a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies and I have been a primary school teacher for over twenty years. My areas of particular interest are Speech, Language and Communication Needs and Autism.

I have worked with children with many different additional needs such as ADHD, Autism, Cerebral palsy, Global Developmental Delay and Down’s Syndrome to name a few. I have extensive experience as a teacher, differentiating the curriculum as well as implementing strategies and interventions to meet the individual needs of ALL children in my class.

Having spent the latter part of my career working with a Local Authority Inclusion Team as a Specialist SEND Advisory Teacher, I am passionate about supporting practitioners, children with additional needs and their families. In addition to my advisory and supporting role, I was also a part of the Autism Assessment Team working alongside my Health professional colleagues.

My work ethic centres around the belief that all children deserve access to the best possible education, and that their needs are met in a creative and inclusive way. My aim is to empower practitioners, teachers and parents to make a real difference to the lives of all children.
