I have more than 20 years experience of working in mainstream provisions supporting individuals with additional needs. I have also worked for a local authority advisory service where my role was to work with school, early years staff and families to implement strategies to help those  children who need additional support.

I deliver virtual and face to face training at Sendtac and share my experiences with the delegates who attend the training sessions.
